NanoPulse microwave sensors are able to detect tiny movements in their well defined sensitivity area and at the same time do not detect strong movements outside of the sensitivity area. For example, the sensors can detect chest motion caused by breathing from 10 feet distance. Sensitivity area of the sensor can be adjusted by the user. The sensors can be shipped either as assembled units or as modules for further integration into more complicated devices or sytems. Applications for the occupancy, breathing and motion sensors are automation systems, security systems, nurse call systems, monitoring and control systems.
